Funnel Amp, LLC (“Funnel Amp,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to protecting the privacy of everyone who visits our website and engages our services. This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) explains what information we collect, how we use it, when we share it, and how we protect it.
By visiting our website (funnelamp.com) or engaging our services, you agree to the practices described in this Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our website and services. We reserve the right to update this Policy at any time. When we do, we will revise the “Last Updated” date above. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
1. Who We Are
Funnel Amp, LLC is an AI Knowledge Base Architecture and RAG Documentation firm serving B2B organizations in Green Energy, Sustainable Finance, and related sectors.
2. Information We Collect
We collect information in three distinct contexts: through our website, through our email marketing communications, and through the delivery of client project services.
2.1 Website Visitors. When you visit our website, we may collect:
- Contact and inquiry information — If you submit a contact form or project brief, we collect the information you provide, which may include your name, email address, organization name, and project details.
- Usage data — Standard information your browser sends when visiting any website, including your IP address, browser type and version, referring URL, pages visited, and time of visit. This data is used in aggregate to understand how visitors use our site and is not used to identify individual users.
We do not use Google Analytics, behavioral tracking software, or third-party advertising pixels on our website.
2.2 Email Communications and Marketing. If you subscribe to Funnel Amp’s email list or opt in to receive updates, we collect your email address and, if provided, your name and organization. This information is stored with our email marketing service provider. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting us directly. Unsubscribing from marketing emails does not affect service-related communications tied to an active project.
2.3 Client Project Data. In the course of providing RAG Documentation, Knowledge Base Audit, and Knowledge Base Refresh services, clients share proprietary materials with Funnel Amp. This may include internal source documents (SOPs, wikis, reports, policies, manuals, and similar), existing knowledge base content and architecture, and organizational data relevant to the project scope. This information is referred to throughout this Policy as “Client Data” and is subject to the heightened protections described in Section 6.
3. How We Use Your Information
3.1 Website and Contact Information. Information submitted through our website is used to respond to your inquiries and project briefs, schedule and conduct discovery calls, send project proposals and quotes, and communicate about active or potential projects.
3.2 Email Marketing. If you have opted in, your email address is used to send updates, announcements, and content relevant to RAG documentation, AI knowledge base architecture, and related topics. You will only receive marketing emails if you have expressly opted in.
3.3 Client Project Data. Client Data is used solely to perform the agreed project scope and deliver project outputs, including audits, structured documentation, and knowledge bases. It is not used for any other purpose.
3.4 General Limitations. We do not use any information collected through our website or client engagements for advertising purposes. We do not sell, rent, or trade any personally identifying information to third parties.
4. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share information only in the following limited circumstances:
4.1 Service Providers. We use a small number of third-party service providers to operate our business, including our email marketing platform and online payment processors (Stripe and/or PayPal). These providers receive only the information necessary to perform their specific function and are contractually required to keep it confidential.
4.2 Payment Processing. When you make a payment, your payment information is processed directly by Stripe or PayPal. Funnel Amp does not store credit card numbers or financial account information.
4.3 Legal Requirements. We may disclose information if required to do so by law, court order, or governmental authority, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Funnel Amp, our clients, or others.
4.4 Business Transfers. In the event of a sale, merger, or transfer of Funnel Amp’s business assets, personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify affected parties as required by law.
5. Client Project Data — Special Protections
Because Funnel Amp’s RAG documentation work involves access to sensitive, proprietary business information, we apply the following heightened protections to all Client Data received during a project:
5.1 Purpose Limitation. Client Data is used exclusively to complete the agreed project scope. It is not used for any other purpose, including internal research, business development, or the training or fine-tuning of any AI or machine learning model, whether proprietary or third-party.
5.2 No Third-Party Sharing. Client Data is never shared with, disclosed to, or made accessible to any third party — including subcontractors — without the express written consent of the Client.
5.3 Single-Person Access. As a solo operator, only Sequoia C. V. Brown of Funnel Amp has access to Client Data. No other individuals have access to your materials at any point during or after a project.
5.4 Retention. Client project materials are retained for no more than 90 days following project completion, after which they are permanently deleted. Clients may request earlier deletion at any time by contacting us in writing.
5.5 Return or Deletion. Upon written request at the conclusion of a project, Funnel Amp will return or permanently delete Client Data as directed by Client.
5.6 Security. Client materials are stored using reasonable technical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information. See Section 7 for additional detail on our security practices.
6. Cookies
Our website may use cookies — small files stored on your device — for basic functionality such as remembering form inputs and enabling site navigation. We do not use cookies for advertising tracking or behavioral profiling.
You may configure your browser to refuse cookies or to alert you when cookies are being sent. Doing so may affect some functionality of the website.
7. Data Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information in our care from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration, including:
- Secure file transfer and storage practices for client materials
- Access controls limiting data access to authorized personnel only
- Use of reputable third-party platforms with their own established security standards (Stripe, PayPal, and our email marketing provider)
No method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we apply reasonable safeguards to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Data Retention
8.1 Contact and Inquiry Information. We retain personal contact information (name, email address, organization) for as long as necessary to maintain our business relationship and as required by applicable law.
8.2 Email Marketing Data. We retain email marketing data until you unsubscribe or request deletion.
8.3 Client Project Data. Client project materials are retained for no more than 90 days following project completion, then permanently deleted. Clients may request earlier deletion in writing at any time.
9. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the following rights with respect to your personal information:
- Access — Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
- Correction — Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information.
- Deletion — Request that we delete your personal information, subject to any legal retention obligations.

Our website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those sites. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party sites you visit. Any interactions with linked third-party sites are solely between you and that third party.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy at any time. Updates will be posted to this page with a revised “Last Updated” date at the top. For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify active clients directly. Continued use of our website or services after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy.
